Senior Project Manager

  • Understanding the client’s needs and building trusting relationships;
  • Managing and motivating a team of business analysts, administrators and developers to achieve project objectives;
  • Ensuring project utilization targets are achieved across your portfolio of projects;
  • Accurately forecasting resource and budget utilization, monitoring actual consumption, and modeling effective contingency plans.

Technical Architect

  • Creating well-architected solutions to customer requirements by collaborating with the client stakeholders;
  • Provides technical oversight and governance of Salesforce projects;
  • Advise and mentor diverse teams, which may include customer and partner resources providing guidance on application and integration development best practices;
  • Manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation;
  • Utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Angular, React, and other technologies to architect and build customized solutions.

  • Collaborating with client stakeholders and Incloud Technical Architects to capture and refine business requirements;

  • Collaborating in defining, planning, executing, and implementing Salesforce solutions;
  • Fostering engagement and developing relationships with key business users, stakeholders, and clients by providing consultation services on business process and Salesforce solutions implementation;
  • Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements as well;
  • Act as a Subject-Matter Expert in both internal collaboration and customer-facing, by providing business and technical solutions that are feasible, flexible and scalable;
  • Provide support to Salesforce Administrators and Developers during the solution development and configuration as necessary.

Salesforce Administrator

  • Managing Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, custom reports, and dashboards;
  • Maintaining and customizing multiple Salesforce Cloud applications;
  • Managing operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues;
  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy.

Salesforce Consultant

  • Designing and implementing business technology solutions focused on Salesforce cloud-based business applications;
  • Developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment;
  • Working directly with clients to lead projects, facilitating business process analysis, developing and delivering key components of technology solution.

Senior Account Executive

  • Owning, maintaining and enhancing the relationship with assigned clients and act as a client advocate;
  • Fostering strong relationships with the day-to-day client contacts and achieving high client satisfaction levels;
  • Anticipating and resolving client problems/issues, and proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis;
  • Identifying and communicating business opportunities and competitive trends.
